This 10-week internship offers a unique opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in the following areas: A2R, C2C, P2P, FP&A, Internal Controls, and Commercial Excellence. What You Can Learn:

• During the internship, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in various finance processes and teams, gaining hands-on experience in crucial areas of financial operations. Our comprehensive program will provide you with valuable insights into:
• A2R (Account to Report): Learn how financial transactions are recorded, analyzed, and reported in compliance with global accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• C2C (Credit to Cash): Discover the intricacies of managing customer credit, collections, and accounts receivable, enhancing your skills in maintaining healthy financial relationships.
• P2P (Procure to Pay): Gain exposure to the procurement and payment processes, including vendor management, purchase orders, and invoice processing, enabling you to understand end-to-end financial operations.
• FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis): Dive into financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, acquiring the skills to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Internal Controls: Explore the world of risk assessment, internal audit, and control procedures, ensuring compliance and safeguarding company assets.
• Commercial Excellence: Gain experience in sales and marketing support activities, contributing to the development and implementation of effective business strategies.

Internship Details:

Number of Interns: 10-12 amazing and talented people

Start Date: 17th of July

Duration: 10 weeks

Work Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)

Location: Baxter Warsaw Office, Powiśle (a vibrant district in the centre of Warsaw)

Internship Responsibilities:

Interns will work closely with experienced professionals in their respective teams, assisting with various finance processes and projects. The internship will provide exposure to different areas, enabling interns to gain a comprehensive understanding of finance operations.

The teams involved are:

• A2R (Account to Report)
• C2C (Credit to Cash)
• P2P (Procure to Pay)
• FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
• Internal Controls
• Commercial Excellence

Equipment and Communication:

To ensure effective communication and collaboration, each intern will be provided with a laptop and an iPhone during the internship. These tools will allow interns to stay connected with their Internship Coordinators and Line Managers.

Qualifications:

• Students or fresh graduates with a background in financial studies and linguistics/philology are preferred.
• For the C2C and P2P teams, fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Dutch will be an asset.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• All applicants must have a valid student status and be below 26 years old.
• Full proficiency in the English language is essential.
