Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:

• Partner to Senior Management and budget holders of multiple central business areas
• Provide support and insight around cost control
• Regularly lead meetings with stakeholders to present insight
• Support IT deliver across the business with reporting, insight, and decision making
• Deliver accurate planning and reporting
• Forecasting, budgeting and planning
• Providing information, insight and challenge to budget owners to assist them to manage their costs vs targets
• Partner with projects to provide financial governance, reporting, control and Stakeholder support
• Drive continued improvement, standardisation and automation of reporting & processes across Head Office and Group

Profile

The successful candidate for the Finance Business Partner will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Demonstrable experience partnering non-finance stakeholders within a commercial setting
• Able to work to tight deadlines with accuracy
• Commercial acumen
• Strong Excel skills
• Team player
• Able to influence at senior management level
