- Manage MFGFC’s financial transactions by ensuring that they are accurately recorded in the banking system;
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and banking regulations;
- Prepare and file tax returns for the Company; Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly;
- Provide financial analysis and advice to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director to support decision-making processes;
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits;
- Assist in the preparation of the Department and Company’s budget and forecasts;
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and accounting standards;
- Any other duties assigned by the CFO.
