Institutional Clients Group (ICG) Risk and Controls Transformation spans all the ICG Business Areas, responsible for delivery of strategic regulatory and controls initiatives.

This role will support the Regional and Business Coordination Lead in the Central Transformation Team. This includes but is not limited to planning and execution coordination for multiple large and complex programs, including engagement across a diverse range of stakeholders and portfolio of initiatives in Consent Order conditions and production of materials for C-suite consumption

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ICG Business, Functions and Regions for production and ongoing monitoring of Planning, including periodic review to ensure guidance and syntax has been followed and content adequately describes work effort
  • Support Program Transformation, Business Line, Function and Regional teams in execution harmonisation
  • Drive adherence to Program processes, procedures, methods and standards
  • Set guidelines and execute Benefits definition and realisation management
  • Coordinate Data quality assessment and remediation coordination across ICG Plans
  • Escalation Management and Consent Order Management support
  • Business Line, Function and Regional support, decisions, issue resolution and cross-Program alignment
  • Cross FLU issue resolution / risk mitigation
  • Carry out in-depth analysis of Consent Order Program Plans
  • Produce Management Information and presentations for up to C suite consumption
Qualifications:
  • Project/Program experience in a Risk/Compliance/Control function and/or regulatory environment within the financial services industry
  • Highly developed understanding of program management methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools and industry best practices
  • Able to provide leadership and influence in a matrix organization.
  • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and application to improved quality, controls, and efficiency
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and communication across multiple businesses, regions and functions
  • Previous experience operating at senior manager level
  • Strong to advanced level of expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
