Growing, Private Equity backed business based in Surrey is recruiting an FP&A Manager
Description
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles - including developing the reporting packs, training users and managing timetables.
Analyse and consolidate divisional financial and operational results, challenging inconsistencies and variance explanations and explaining company performance.
Compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance.
Create, manage and maintain various financial planning models.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support various strategic initiatives.
Work with non-finance management to define track and report key monthly performance indicators
Reporting of the above to the Board, investors and the senior leadership team.
Select, implement, train and operate FP&A tools.
Profile
Fully qualified accountant with strong experience in FP&A. Strong systems skills are a must
Job Offer
Salary of £65,000 - £75,000 plus bonus and benefits
