Job Profile Summary
Helps to implement the strategy for Technical Business Analysis and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers to build understanding of, and respond to, current and emerging needs.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Nurtures relationships with the business to understand and respond to existing and emerging customer requirements.
- Assists with communications to customers regarding new and improved technology solutions.
- Oversees relationship with customers to understand their long-term technology requirements, business plans and proposing LSEG technology solutions
- Oversees the training programme delivered to clients and provides ongoing expert technical advice to clients.
- Manages a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts and / or Team Leads by providing advice, coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversees interaction between Business Analysts and Stakeholders for the development and implementation of new systems/enhancement of existing systems.
- Manages project risks and issues, drives mitigation actions and ensure high priority items are escalated to/within project steering committee for resolution.
- Coordinates communications to internal customers regarding new and improved technology solutions, to ensure delivering against their long-term technology requirements and business plans.
- Manages a team of Managers by providing advice, coaching and development opportunities. Deputises at key meetings and as necessary. Ensures quality is built into everything we deliver as an organisation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent
- Advanced or mid-level professional qualification in finance
- Significant Technical Business Analysis processes and methodologies experience
- Significant people management experience.
- Solutions Architect experience
- Understand data & Information Architecture
- Budgeting & Resource Management experience
