JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconciliation of Accruals/provisions relating to costing and inventory reconciliation.
- Determine and compile manufacturing variances.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecast.
- Compile data and assist in the preparation of management reports and Budget/Plan.
- Prepare sales analysis.
- Compile data for completion of financial and statistics returns.
- Maintain and Update Maintenance Forms ,Adjustment forms, Scrap Reports
- Prepare product standard costing for Value Stream.
- Prepare Standard Hours for Value Stream,
- Prepare and Update Monthly Management Reports;
- Involve in yearly budget preparations;
- Assist in yearend stock count;
- Review CRF (Change Request Form) and PCC (Product Change Control) before updating into Mfg - Pro (BOM, Routing and Item Master Routing & item master)
- To comply with requirements of Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirement in the workplaces.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities and assignments related to Costing.
POSITION REQUIREMENT
- Qualification : Degree in Accounting or professional qualification e.g. CA/ACCA/ CIMA/
- MICPA/CPA
- Experience : 3 - 5 years in cost accounting experience
