Head of Finance

A superb Head of Finance position has arisen in a leading technology subsidiary of a global supplier to the Health sector based near Acton, West London.

You will lead a small team and support the Senior Leadership Team.

The business work to support a sustainable and effective Health Service and continue to invest in innovative technology solutions. Based near Acton, the business is looking to recruit an ambitious Head of Finance.

Description

• Play a key role in the formalisation of the business's strategy.
• Management Reporting, KPIs and variance analysis to budget, forecast and PY.
• Production of formal monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to parent company
• Oversee Company payroll functions
• Managing the cash flow
• Banking
• Coordinate forecast and budget activities including CAPEX.
• Manage all year-end responsibilities to include liaising with external auditors, production of statuary accounts and any reporting required by group
• Completion of quarterly VAT returns as required by HMRC.
• Day-to-day line management responsibility for all members of the finance team - including development and mentoring
• A key member of the Senior Leadership Team that drives collaboration and ownership to deliver the Company's KPI targets and build strong succession plans.
• Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Lead, build and develop strong internal controls
• Risk management, to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place.

Profile

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• People management
• Leading financial and management reporting
• Experience working in the Healthcare sector would be advantageous
• Able to build relationships and drive change

Job Offer

The Head of Finance position comes with a base salary of £70,000. car allowance, bonus, pension and other corporate benefits.
