  • You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the company, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements in the United States market.
  • You will work closely with functional executives from the Taiwan headquarters to ensure the effective operation and management of the US administration, including finance, procurement, payroll, and other functions.

Description

1. Financial and Tax Processing:

  • Oversee and execute the company's financial and tax strategies, ensuring compliance with US regulations and accounting standards.
  • Supervise the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting and planning cash requirements, monitoring fund utilization, and investments.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure tax compliance and minimize tax risks.


2. Designing and Improving Operational Processes:

  • Analyze and evaluate the company's operational processes, propose improvement recommendations, and develop corresponding strategies and plans.
  • Ensure efficient financial and accounting processes, maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise the implementation of internal control measures, ensuring asset protection and risk control.

3. Establishing Internal Controls and Relevant Systems:

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the company's financial data.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards, incorporating them into the company's internal control systems.
  • Oversee internal auditing and risk management to ensure appropriate supervision and control mechanisms are in place.

4. Collaborating with Functional Executives from Taiwan Headquarters to Ensure the Operation and Management of the US Administration:

  • Actively participate in the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the expansion of Group's presence in the US market.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in US tax regulations and financial management.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
