Consultant and Senior Consultant

Job Responsibility:

1. Manage and handle SECP filings and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for companies.
2. Oversee stamp duty payments and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
3. Assist clients in obtaining and maintaining Sindh Sales Tax registration, while ensuring compliance.
4. Facilitate clients in obtaining and maintaining their NTN registration, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
5. Manage the trademark registration process and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Assist clients in meeting their EOBI and SESSI obligations through registration and filing processes.
7. Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure clients' compliance with various applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirement:

1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or law is preferred. Previous experience in handling SECP filings and knowledge of regulatory compliance is preferred.
2. Good understanding of the legal and regulatory framework related to SECP filings, stamp duty, sales tax, NTN registration, trademark registration, EOBI, and SESSI.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
4. Proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to identify issues, and recommend solutions to ensure compliance and resolve challenges.
