They are currently on the lookout for an exceptional candidate to join them as their new Specialist in Corporate Actions team.

Description

• Accountable for the processing & maintenance of investment master data and corporate actions on the SAP FAM system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the accounting of invested assets.
• Perform daily investment master data and corporate actions processing in accordance with Business Process Manuals and applicable accounting policies & standards and ensure that all investment master data and corporate actions are processed and maintained accurately, in a complete manner and on a timely basis.
• Maintain high quality of documentation for investment master data and corporate actions processes and in accordance with Business Process Manuals.
• Attend and respond to investment master data and corporate actions enquiries from Group and Local Finance and Investment Operations teams, and other relevant stakeholders, satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
• Support Group and Local Finance and Investment Operations teams, and other relevant stakeholders on daily investment master data and corporate actions matters as well as projects and initiatives.
• Assess, recommend and implement improvements in investment master data and corporate actions processes and systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency of daily processing, including interdependencies with upstream/downstream processes and systems and incorporation of changes onto Business Process Manuals.
• Provide support and coaching to other junior Associates of Data Control.

Profile

* Comes with 3 years plus experience in Corporate Actions

* Familiar with Milvus, SWIFT standards and IMActions (or other Corporate Actions software)

* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment

* Fast learner for new processing tasks assigned * Be able to work with minimal supervision
