Accountant - HK Listed Company (Up to 30k)

Client Details

Our client is a Hong Kong Listed trading company focus on commodity products. With operations all over the north europe, and around 1000 employees across the region, they are now looking for an Accountant to cope with business expansion in coming half of the year.

Description

• Coordinate with banks for banking issues.
• Handle AP/AR and all necessary bookkeeping
• Assist in bank reconciliation and month-end closing schedules
• Review and organise the bank documents, include but not limited to bank advices and the regularly bank statements.
• Coordinate with auditor for auditing
• Follow the internal control procedures to well organise the paper works for proper internal records.
• Handle the general office administrative matters
• Any other ad-hoc works that may be assigned from time to time.

Profile

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS software
• Fluent in Mandarin, China background is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English, French language is a plus but not a must
• Strong ownership to work and be willing to learn and learn fast
• Team player and details oriented
