Who we are:
We've been helping clients plan and invest for their futures for over 50 years. From more than 25 locations around the world, we provide investment services and retirement expertise to everyone from central banks to private individuals.

We're known for acting with integrity and thinking for the long-term. And across our organisation, we foster a welcoming, caring, and inclusive culture where people feel respected, trusted, and able to be themselves.
The programme you'll join:
At Fidelity International, we see student talent as a vital part of the future of our business, and we feel proud to offer a range of Early Careers opportunities from apprenticeships to graduate schemes. Our Summer Talent Academy for Black Students offers the chance to discover the wide range of career opportunities on offer in a financial services firm. This event is open to current university students, graduating in 2025, looking to gain a broad understanding of what we do as they begin thinking about their future career ambitions.
What you'll be doing:
This event will be taking place from Monday 17 July to Thursday 20 July inclusive. It will be hybrid, with some days taking place via Zoom, and one day taking place at our Cannon Street office in Central London. The approximate timings for each day will be 09.30-16.30, to be confirmed closer to the event. We will contribute to travel expenses to London for this programme - more details will be given to successful candidates.

During the week, you'll get the opportunity to take on a business project, which you will present at the end of the week. You'll also be able to explore the huge range of business functions at Fidelity from investing to operations, learn more about our industry-leading work, and gain insights into our Early Careers programmes.

Throughout the week, you will meet with colleagues at Fidelity, including managers, recruiters, graduates, and apprentices. We'll make sure you have plenty of opportunities to build your professional networks and get your questions answered. You'll also receive application tips and be able to maximise your employability skills.

After the programme concludes, there is the opportunity to be considered for a 2024 summer internship.
What we look for:
Places on this programme are open to Black students, and students from a Black Heritage background.

We accept applications from students studying all degree subjects at university undergraduate level, who will be graduating in 2025. You must also hold the Right to Work in the UK.

If you're inquisitive and ambitious, this could be a great opportunity for you. There are no grade requirements.
