This role requires you to be in charge of Treasury and the Finance budgeting team. You will be assisting the CFO in managing cash flow, debts and business plan.

Description

You will in be in charge of


  • Strategic Treasury Management: Develop and execute the company's treasury strategy aligned with its financial goals, risk appetite, and market conditions. Monitor and analyze financial markets, interest rates, and foreign exchange rates to identify potential risks and opportunities.

  • Cash Management: Oversee the company's cash flow by maintaining accurate cash forecasts, monitoring daily cash positions, and optimizing cash balances across various accounts. Ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs while maximizing returns on surplus funds.

  • Debt and Capital Management: Manage the company's debt portfolio, including bank loans, bonds, and other financing arrangements. Evaluate borrowing options, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor debt covenants. Develop strategies for capital structure optimization and recommend actions to minimize borrowing costs.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks such as interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Develop risk mitigation strategies, hedge foreign exchange exposure, and monitor compliance with risk management policies.

  • Investment Management: Oversee the company's investment portfolio, including short-term investments, marketable securities, and surplus cash. Develop investment policies, evaluate investment opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury activities to internal stakeholders, executive management, and regulatory authorities. Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws.

  • Bank Relationship Management: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate banking services and fees, and monitor the performance of banking partners. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in treasury management.

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional development within the treasury function.

  • External Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, regulatory bodies, rating agencies, and investors to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure transparency in treasury-related matters.

  • System and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization within the treasury function. Implement treasury management systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.












  • Profile

    You will be suitable for the this role if you

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and risk management.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet tools.
    • Leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a finance team.
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
