The opportunity

As part of your role as a Transaction Services Manager you will be responsible for the success of the department through managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team.

Day to day duties

• Work closely with the Partners and Directors to help shape and deliver our ambitious growth strategy - increasing our market profile, expanding our deal related service offering and rapidly growing our team.
• Work closely with clients to gather this information and ensure they are kept up to date with progress
• Work with the wider team to meet deadlines together and ensure the client transaction is delivered efficiently
• You will also be encouraged to network both internally and externally to promote the department and win new work. The role will promote a strategic mindset, encouraging you to generate your own transaction flow but also offer strategy and direction for the wider business.

What are we looking for?

• You will be confident in leading multi-disciplinary due diligence assignments, acting as the point person with clients and able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability.
• You will have a minimum of 3 years of financial due diligence experience (both buy and sell side) ideally with experience of different types of completion mechanisms. This will enable you to quickly understand clients' business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service.
