Salary: yearly NED fee

Reporting: sit within the Non-executive board, reporting to the chair

We are currently working with a real estate and property business who support, provide and advise hospitality, retail and healthcare businesses.

As the business grows, they are looking to increase revenue streams but opening their services to new markets. As such, the Board are looking to strengthen the team buy brining on board a new Non-executive director who can support planning around revenue stream creation. Additionally, the board of directors are looking to provide the Senior leadership team with insights and advice regarding sustainability and inclusivity and would welcome a NED with expert knowledge of business improvement in either area.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Non executive board to provide support and governance to a circa 50 million pound property division
  • Drive thought process and strategy for new product/service innovation
  • Provide guidance and support to senior leadership team as they look to enter new markets
  • Mentor and guide senior leadership team of key areas such as new business development, sustainability and people leadership including inclusivity and diversity
Essential Experience
  • Executive level experience in +50 million turnover business is essential
  • Experience working at board level
  • Experience in one of the following sectors: hospitality, property/real estate, facilitates management, healthcare or other service provider
  • A strong knowledge of driving new channel / new market / new business proposition
  • A strong understanding of implementing or improving sustainability and sustainable practices within a service business OR driving genuine improvement of a company's diversity and inclusion.
Ideal Experience
  • Previous Non executive experience would be preferred
  • Post graduate / MBA experience preferred
  • Experience in an International business would be desirable
