This Management Accountant role will play a key role in the monthly accounting cycle for the company including management accounts, statutory and regulatory reporting. This role has the potential to progress into a Finance Manager position.

My client is a growing architecture firm with multiple office across the UK. Their new office is based in Hackney, City of London. This is a hybrid working role with flexibility.
Description
As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
- Completing all month end postings for the monthly management accounts
- Compiling performance reports as part of the monthly board pack
- Reconciling all balance sheet accounts as part of the month end process
- Providing insightful financial reports to senior management, with analysis and commentary to support the business in decision making
- Completing weekly performance reports to monitor cashflow, billing and forecasted revenue
- Maintaining the bank reconciliations for all receipt accounts
- Monitoring debtor days and chasing outstanding debt to help manage cashflow
- Maintaining the bank reconciliation of the payment's accounts
- Overseeing the purchase ledger function
Profile
To be considered for this Management Accountant role you must have the following:
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Strong management accounting experience
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
