Accounting & Admin Officer

The Company

A leading securities firm in South Korea is looking for an Accounting & Admin Officer. They provide a range of financial services to clients in APAC, including investment banking, asset management, brokerage etc. Welcome candidates with very fluent or native Korean speaking and interested in performing finance and accounting functions.

The Role:

• To assist treasury-related activities and daily bank reconciliation etc.
• To prepare minutes for Board meetings and General meetings, and maintain company secretarial records
• To provide miscellaneous support including communication with IT staff in Korea to update/maintain IT systems;
• To perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of the Finance team

Your Profile:

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year's working experience in a Korean company (preferred 2-5 years of working experience)
• Native in Korean, and proficient in English
• Well-organized team player
• Degree in Business Management is preferable, but not necessary
