This is a small housing association, who are seeking to hire an Interim Capital Accountant for a 3 month period whilst they recruit a permanent incumbent.

- Assisting on the year end and audit process
- Line management capabilities
- Business Partnering
- Use of Sequel, Sun and RAM systems
- Managing the fixed asset register in accordance with the SORP
- Assisting with the annual budget
