Kingpin International is currently hiring for an Audit Manager to join a global Finance and Accountancy firm. In this Financial Services Office (FSO), wou will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams from all over the world to deliver a global market outlook. As a part of the Audit team, you will play a crucial role by providing clients with precise financial statements and credible advice on accounting and reporting matters. Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a team of Assurance professionals across a variety of key projects while also directly interacting with clients. You should have the drive to enhance your professional management skills, gain more experience, and improve your leadership abilities.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to:

  • Conduct intricate and precise audit procedures, while formulating effective strategies that prioritise clients' requirements

  • Coach and lead a team of Audit professionals, encouraging them to effectively use available resources and identify opportunities for professional growth and development

  • Proactively build relationships that enhance your team's ability to offer customised services that meet a range of assurance requirements, as well as generate new business opportunities.

  • Identify and address potential risks, and develop creative solutions to improve our products and procedures to drive growth and increase revenue

  • Continually update your knowledge of business trends and emerging technologies to maintain your position as a trusted business advisor.

    Requirements

    To qualify for this position, a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. Candidates should also have at least 5 years of experience as an Auditor in an accounting firm, preferably with experience serving clients in the FSO industry. Additionally, an internationally recognised professional accounting certification such as a RA, CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is mandatory.

    Ideal applicants must have a thorough understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS, possess expertise in engagement management, execution, and reporting, and be able to establish strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritising tasks.
