Kingpin International currently has an exceptional opening for an Audit Manager to join a global Finance business’ Assurance team. By joining this Financial Services Office (FSO), you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams from all over the globe to deliver a global market perspective. This organisation focuses on important industry sectors such as asset management, private equity, banking and capital markets, and insurance.

Your role would involve assisting clients by precisely reporting on financial statements and offering valuable insights on accounting and reporting issues. Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Assurance experts across various projects while also directly interacting with clients. You should have the desire to enhance your professional management skills, broaden your experiences, and advance your leadership abilities.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who can:

  • Perform complex and precise audit procedures, while developing efficient audit strategies that prioritise the needs of the client

  • Coach and manage a team of Audit professionals, facilitating them to utilise their resources and identifying areas they need to grow

  • Proactively build relationships that strengthen your team’s capacity to provide tailored services that meet diverse assurance requirements and facilitate the generation of new business opportunities

  • Recognise and respond to potential risks, and devise innovative approaches to enhance our products and procedures that foster expansion and boost revenue.

  • Continually refresh your knowledge of business trends and emerging technologies to uphold your status as a dependable business advisor.

    Requirements

    To be eligible for this position, you must have completed a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. In addition, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Auditor in an accounting firm, with preference given to those with experience serving clients in the FSO industry. An internationally recognised professional accounting certification, such as a RA, CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, is also required.

    Applicants must be knowledgeable in US GAAP and/or IFRS, possess skills in engagement management, execution, and reporting, and have the ability to establish relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Moreover, you should have confidence in managing multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritising tasks, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative management approach.
