What to expect

The Wholesale and Asset Finance Manager works within the Global Financial Services team and will be responsible for developing the asset finance models which support our Reimagine strategy. Working closely with the InMotion, Commercial and Treasury teams at JLR.

You'll be responsible for leading the discussions with our existing White Label partners in identifying and implementing the funding solutions which support our new Go To Market approaches and the development of our Mobility Services activities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Financial Services partners to identify asset finance products and processes best suited to the markets.
• Support InMotion through developing fleet / asset finance solutions which support the growth of Mobility Services
• Work as part of a cross functional team, assess proposals from banks including review of commercial terms, accounting implications and business implications.
• Drive process improvements in markets and identify products required to optimise JLR cash flow.

What you'll need

• Experience of developing and managing asset or fleet finance solutions
• Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Financial Services industry
• Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
• Analytical skill set with the ability to use data accurately to make informed recommendations and decisions in the context of the wider business.
• Commitment to growing the Jaguar Land Rover Brands through the development of the Financial Services business.
