Senior GL Accountant with English

Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

What will you do?

• Accounting operations in RTR area (General Ledger & Subledgers) in accordance with US GAAP/ SOX controls,
• Review of both B/S and P/L for errors, omissions or inconsistencies, variance analysis,
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation process (i.e. bank, payroll, taxes, accruals, ICO)
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Accruals & Prepaids Accounting
• Fixed Assets accounting
• Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, T&E) issues
• Tax reporting
• Supporting internal & external audit
• Recommendation and implementation of process improvements ideas

What we expect from you:

• Fluent English
• 2-3 years of accounting experience or professional qualification/education
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines
• Analytical skills
• Good Excel knowledge, VBA skills would be an additional asset
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing
• Shared service/BPO experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus (SAP/Oracle)
• Teamwork skills
• Flexible work model (min. 1 day per month at the office)
