We are currently recruiting for an IT Risk and Assurance Manager to join our established and experienced risk and compliance team here at RSA on a remote/hybrid basis.
Your role
As our IT Risk and Assurance Manager, you will execute and deliver the IT risk strategy, plans, and assignments to ensure effective management and oversight of IT risks across the UK and Ireland. You will ensure that a proper risk framework is embedded for the management of important IT risks. You will support the Head of IT Risk & Assurance and the IT and Change Risk Director in providing challenge and risk knowledge.
About you
You will possess outstanding leadership skills, including the capacity to influence decision-making and inspire others. Additionally, you will possess strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities and an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the capacity to apply those requirements to the business through useful guidance.
In order to challenge the group and regional technical directors, you will have a solid technical background in IT, cyber security, cloud computing, data management, and change management. You will have extensive experience in internal controls or auditing in a regulated financial sector, preferably in insurance.
