Head of Finance responsible for delivering a successful finance function. You will be tasked with overseeing the reporting, forecasting, planning, analysis and financial risk mitigation.

Our client is a well being charity that works to improve young adults understanding of mental health issues, providing them with information and a space to talk.
Description
- You will be responsible for leading and directing the finance team.
- Preparing the monthly management accounts, variance analysis and monthly accruals/ prepayments.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly cash flow forecasts ensuring appropriate cash management.
- Preparing and managing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Meet budget holders monthly to discuss planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, payroll and Tax.
- Regular presentations to board level and key stakeholder groups, including non- financial staff.
Profile
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- A self- starter with extensive management experience; ideally having lead a finance function.
- Experienced in management accounts, financial accounting and reporting, transaction processes and financial analysis.
