Job Description

Contributes to treasury operations, including daily cash reporting, account reconciliation, and risk management. Supports banking administration, legal/regulatory compliance requirements, and assists with special projects within the treasury function. Works cross functionally with the finance, accounting and tax teams on metrics and reporting requirements.

This is a hybrid role based out of the Deerfield, IL. We seek a candidate that is available full-time during the summer months, and can continue working part-time during the coming school year.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBITIES:
  • Work with other members of treasury team to prepare daily wires and cash positioning reports.
  • Assist with FX and commodity hedging program execution and reporting responsibilities.
  • Support reporting to corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, and internal audit.
  • Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices.
  • Responsible for ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Pre-Law, or Business (preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
  • Must have a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (preferred).
