A central London based membership body is looking to bring on an experienced Systems Accountant for a 9 month fixed term contract to lead on a number of projects involving CRM and systems improvement.

Client Details

A Central London based professional membership body, with royal charter, made up of ~30,000 members across 100+ countries. This is a small and collaborative finance team who wish to bring on someone like minded who will slot into the existing team.

Description

  • Pick up on and take ownership of a number of projects involving CRM and system improvement that support the efficiency and stability of the Institution and its trading subsidiaries.
  • Work with the Finance Manager and budget holders to design and develop better management reports for the business
  • Carry out a review of the current paper-based PO system with the objective of replacing it with an electronic version designed to promote efficiency and provide better control over expenditure.

Profile

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA)
  • Excelllent written and communication skills
  • Self starter who take initiative

Experience in:

  • Liaising with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Leading on projects
  • managing, operating and improving how financial accounting systems are utilised to ensure the system and its users are working to best capacity

Job Offer

  • 9 month FTC
  • 60-75k DPE
  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata)
