KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Fully or part qualified in professional accountancy qualification (CA, CIMA, /ACCA or CFA) or diploma/degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, business administration, materials handling or logistics.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in the similar capacity and experience in automobile industry would be advantageous.
  • Good computer literacy with excellent command in MS Excel and experience in SAP material management would be an added advantage.
  • Possess good analytical and communication skills with ability to drive best practices and productivity.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare stock analysis reports, demand history, and run SSOP for monthly parts ordering to support decision making.
  • Responsible to monitor and manage ageing stock and suggest activities to reduce aging.
  • Ensure accurate and up to date master data maintenance.
  • Follow the process for procurement of goods and timely processing of arrived shipments.
  • Ensure parts availability at all times for dealers and company owned workshops.
  • Support Pricing Manager for decision making by providing any required report periodically.
