Tax Director M&A - Saudi Arabia

Your key responsibilities 

This role involves leading the delivery of major engagements and providing hands-on management to the team. You will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation, planning, and delivery of M&A projects, which includes managing budgets, staffing resources, leading client and target workshops, and coordinating final deliverables.  

Additionally, you will be expected to deliver and review high-quality transaction reports and other M&A documentation. As a Tax Director, you will be managing key senior executive relationships, both internally and externally, for clients and within the business. You will also be required to initiate and lead business development activities, as well as develop junior team members and support recruitment aligned with the growth of the business. 

Requirements 

We are looking for a tax professional who has a Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or similar. You should also have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within M&A Tax (both buy and sell side) for an international Consulting firm, as well as a proven history of leading major M&A Tax client engagements which includes co-ordinating cross-border international teams. 

Ideally, you will also have: 

• Experience in effectively managing a team of M&A practitioners to successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously 

• Comprehensive understanding of current market trends and activities, including technology and deal perspectives 

• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
