Together with Sesto Compounding Management Team, you’ll build up long term strategies articulating and executing operating plans to successfully achieve them.

What you’ll do

• Track evolution and propose corrective measures when needed to guarantee the financial sustainability of our business.
• Participate actively in business and be an active part of the decision-making process.
• Ensure financial oversight & processes in place for the effective financial management of Sesto Compounding and related Capex investment.
• Support the site in Business case preparation for investment approval
• Validate saving initiatives across the site functions and ensure these reflected in the financial results.
• Identify opportunities of cost improvement while managing daily flash, monthly closure, Budget, Forecast
• Contribute to move from current Sesto financial cost structure and systems (MILD, Master Compounding) to a new Global standard cost structure for compounding while implementing new Global Manufacturing system (JDE, Mercury)
• Support the EMEA finance compounding team on data consolidation, reporting
• On fulfilling prior scope, this position will interact with multiple stakeholders from country to VP level, Commercial team, Operations and Finance (Local Commercial, Accounting COE, FP&A COE.

What you’ll bring

• Qualified/Finalist as Revisore Legale dei Conti
• + 3 years Experience in Month-End close, budgets, forecasts
• Expertise in business and decision support (including financial modelling)
• Experience in US GAAP accounting and reporting
• Base knowledge of SOX and compliance
• Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken); French knowledge is a plus
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively influence and drive consensus with diverse stakeholders; demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Strong business acumen and judgment as well as understanding of relevant business environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work at detailed / tactical & also strategic levels
• High level of resilience (Compounding is a fast-moving challenging business)
