Who we are looking for

Required professional background and skills:

  • University or College degree in either economics, finance or business with strong capabilities in highly quantitative topics, such as data analytics and visualization, programming, mathematics, statistics etc.
  • Competence in data collection, interpretation, analysis as well as presentation of insights
  • Ability to identify patterns and trends in data sets
  • High standards in client material preparation
  • Precision, strong numeric and logical skills
  • Working independently on assigned tasks with coordination of senior colleagues
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, team player attitude
  • Self-motivated, and confident personality
  • Fluent English- both oral and written

You will definitely impress us, if additionally, you have:

  • Experience with data visualization and data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Qlik, Alteryx
  • Experience with programming languages like R, Python, SQL or VBA
  • Modelling experience
  • Fluency in additional foreign languages, especially German

Your future role

  • Take part in significant international transaction projects
  • Collect, research and analyze data in relation to the client's business
  • Analyze data structure and data quality
  • Constructively work in the project team
  • Contribute to the creation of high quality deliverables - create presentations, dashboards or interactive insights into data sets
  • You will have access to a wide range of solutions to best address the problem (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx etc.)
  • Beside data focused challenges you will have the opportunity to participate in wide range of more traditional corporate finance related projects as we aim to provide you with all around knowledge in the M&A cycle
