Junior Accountant - Capital Market Service

About role

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and tax needs for our Capital Market Services clients, partnering with them to ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date, compliant with local laws and regulations. You will work alongside a Senior member of the team who will also support your growth at TMF Group.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the accounting and administration of a portfolio of different SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles);
• Collect, process and verify information from financial institutions;
• Prepare investment portfolio and cash reconciliations on monthly and yearly basis;
• Prepare reports for European Central Bank, on monthly and quarterly basis.

Key requirements

Ideally, you are meeting following criteria:

• University degree or 4th year student in Accounting/Finance or similar;
• Affinity to accounting and reporting;
• Excellent level of English;
• Excellent computer literacy;
• Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong analytical and communication skills
