As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading the team whilst strengthening the financial controls. You will be tasked with managing all day-to-day financial controls and processes including the annual audit processes.

Our client is a leading environmental charity which focuses on the restoration and preservation of key national parks and outdoor spaces.

Description

  • Reporting into the Head of Finance you will lead and manage the finance team.
  • Prepare balance sheets and income statements.
  • Responsible for the statutory, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Oversee internal process improvement and value adding activities
  • Manage budget processes and oversee cash flow and investments.
  • You will oversee VAT and TAX reporting.
  • Liaise regularly with the executive director, trustees and external auditors.

Profile

  • Experience leading and managing a finance function.
  • Qualified accountant, ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA.
  • Credible experience with accounting systems.
  • You will need 3-5 years PQE

Job Offer
