- Involved in the planning and execution of complex and high-risk audits
- Participate in risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks within the organisation
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
- Responsible for preparing comprehensive audit reports that document audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Interact with key stakeholders, including management, to discuss audit observations, recommendations, and actions required for remediation
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to junior auditors, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in the field of internal audit
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
