Client Details
Our retail client is looking for a payroll manager 6 month FTC to join the team in Milton Keynes.
Description
* Processing a monthly and weekly payroll, full start to finish processing
* All statutory deductions - including SSP. SMP, SPP, NI, PAYE
* HMRC submissions, all year end including P60s and P11Ds
* Working on a variable and complex payroll, resolving all payroll queries
* All starter and leaver information
* Pension administration
* Communicating and working with all levels of employees across the business
* Continual process improvement
Profile
* Significant payroll experience
* Good knowledge across accountancy systems.
* Adept at using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
* Strong communication skills.
* A proactive problem-solver. - you'll be great at getting to the bottom of a payroll discrepancy!
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail.
* A team player able to bring out the best in others.
