You will be responsible for drafting, as well as the accurate and timely reporting of, the monthly financial results and other key reports to the senior site team, division and group. You will also be required to actively engage in the development of the team.

Description
- Deliver timely production of month-end financial results and reports including key business metrics
- Apply IFRS standards and GAM to Financial reporting standards at site, with US GAAP reporting
- Organise and produce annual budget documents, quarterly and monthly forecasts
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting for annual year end audit and internal audits
- Support reporting function to division, group and external stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow and working capital of the business to targets.
- Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of site costs amongst departmental managers.
- Maintain business margin analysis
- Report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated)
- Maintain and report into business on Fixed Asset register
- Generating capital expenditure requests for authorisation
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of Financial, ERP and payroll systems to measure performance against established standards.
- Supervise payroll administration.
- Co-ordination of site benefits including pensions
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the site senior management team
Profile
- Formal Accounting Qualification, e.g. ACCA / CIMA or similar or QBE
- Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
- Previous knowledge of SAP an advantage
- Good organisational skills with high levels of accuracy in work produced with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable, dedicated, hardworking, conscientious and flexible.
