Description


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets, with a focus on generating new business opportunities within the Belgian market.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, particularly at the C-level, in order to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects, industry trends, and competitive analysis to leverage opportunities effectively.
  • Lead the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including consultants and project managers, to ensure smooth transition and delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients at the C-level.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services, including accounting, tax planning, risk management, and other related areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients, displaying excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing effective pipeline management and sales techniques.
