Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets, with a focus on generating new business opportunities within the Belgian market.Identify and engage with potential clients, particularly at the C-level, in order to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects, industry trends, and competitive analysis to leverage opportunities effectively.Lead the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including consultants and project managers, to ensure smooth transition and delivery of services to clients.Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Profile
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients at the C-level.Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approaches.Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services, including accounting, tax planning, risk management, and other related areas.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients, displaying excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing effective pipeline management and sales techniques.Job Offer
