Accounts Payable Specialist

This a great Accounts Payable Specialist position, which will start as soon as possible on a rolling temporary contract. This role will cover invoice processing, bank/supplier/credit card reconciliations, payment runs and more.

My client are a fantastic, growing fashion retailer, with their head office based in the City of London. They are looking for additional support whilst they restructure the finance team.

Description

As the Accounts Payable Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase invoices
• Matching, batching and coding POs
• Preparing and performing weekly payment runs
• Handling and resolving supplier queries
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Handling expenses and performing credit card reconciliations
• Preparing and performing weekly payment runs
• Assisting the finance manager

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will have:

• Previous experience with accounts payable
• Experience using accounting software such as Sage/Xero
• Strong understating and use of excel
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to start as soon as possible

Job Offer

• £15 per hour (flexible upon experience)
• Rolling temporary contract (minimum 3 months)
• Based in city of London
• Hybrid working (3 days in office)
