Description

The Accounts Assistant (Clear path of progression) will be responsible for:

• Daily processing of invoices
• Ensuring all invoices are raised accurately
• Allocating of cash receipts
• Issuing of statements
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries
• Payment runs
• Creating and managing new suppliers
• Supporting the Finance Manager
• Month end support

Profile

The Accounts Assistant (Clear path of progression)

• Have previous experience working within Finance
• Be a great communicator both written and verbal
• Be IT literate
• Be comfortable working accurately to multiple deadlines
• Have strong numeracy skills
• Have great attention to detail
