Description

Reporting to the Head of Investment and M&A, you will be responsible for

leading a team of 1
assessing opportunities and risks in potential investments such as managing a pipeline
performing financial assessment for new investment opportunities
evaluating the profitability of investment deals
preparing financial models for different projects and portfolios
maintaining the complex financial models internally with appropriate revenue stream, development and financing assumptions
assisting proposals preparation, project schedules and due diligence materials
other adhoc tasks

Profile

Requirement:

A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
CPA Qualified is a must
Big 4 is a must
Financial modelling is a must
20% Travel
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
