This unique and broad role will give you the opportunity to understand the total Services financials and work with a wide range of people across the various teams. This involves both insightful management reporting of the Services AP'ly actuals results where you will be key in consolidating commentary and pulling together analysis that can draw out the key insights to the numbers. You will also be a key player in Services forecasting processes where you will be required to co-ordinate central inputs and provide insightful commentary that will help the Head of Capability "tell the Story", both to the Services Leadership Team and Civil FP&A.

At Rolls-Royce, we pioneer the power that matters to our customers, to society and to the planet.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It's a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, frequency will depend on business needs, nature of role, what works for the team and for the individual. • Support the Services Senior Finance Business Partner and Head of Capability & Integration with adhoc projects/requests that will arise
  • Support process improvement projects that come out of "lessons learned" from our actuals/forecasting process and show a process improvement mindset to all that we do
