This unique and broad role will give you the opportunity to understand the total Services financials and work with a wide range of people across the various teams. This involves both insightful management reporting of the Services AP'ly actuals results where you will be key in consolidating commentary and pulling together analysis that can draw out the key insights to the numbers. You will also be a key player in Services forecasting processes where you will be required to co-ordinate central inputs and provide insightful commentary that will help the Head of Capability "tell the Story", both to the Services Leadership Team and Civil FP&A.

At Rolls-Royce, we pioneer the power that matters to our customers, to society and to the planet.

Every great product needs a great business behind it. Our work is complex, innovative, highly challenging and rewarding, and it takes a range of professionals to do it. Having the right people means we can deliver excellence to our customers and pioneer the power that matters.

Join us and we'll provide an environment where you can be yourself. An inclusive, digital-first culture that invests in you, gives you a platform for continuous learning, and access to an incredible breadth and depth of opportunities to grow your career.

We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It's a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, frequency will depend on business needs, nature of role, what works for the team and for the individual.
