Responsible to supervise, guiding and coaching the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions, oversees business investment decisions and helps develop strategic financial goals for the company and supporting Company's long term financial plan, positive cash flow, liquidity management.
- Lead the accounting and finance team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the overall accounting, financial, costing and taxation activities of the Company.
- Support the management to plan, develop, execute financial strategy to ensure that it is in line with company's overall strategy.
- To supervise accounts staff, provide guidance and assist in transition of financial reporting standards adoption.
- Ensure smooth month end closing and timely preparation of financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Responsible on cash management, budget and forecast and timely submission of management report.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties such as bankers, auditors and company secretary on all treasury, statutory and compliance matters.
- Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties or tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in E-commerce industry
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance with ACCA qualification
- Hands-on group consolidation experiences
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner and self-motivate
- Team-oriented and service minded
- Proficient in English and Mandarin as this role required.
