Job Summary

Contribute your valued expertise in strategy, design and service delivery to this fast-paced opportunity

The role of the junior business analyst is to provide quality assurance (QA) and business analysis services, recommend and implement technology solutions especially for automated testing, prepare QA, technical and functional specifications and related documentation, manage and communicate requirements throughout the project life cycle, develop user material, and provide user training, identify business process change needs and assess the impact of the change.

Job Requirements:
  • At least one of the following:
    • Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science or a related field, e.g., business analysis or communications (applied or technical) and some related experience
    • A combination of formal business analysis or technical communications coursework and two or more years of experience with technical writing supporting information management and technology
  • Experience testing.
Preference may be given to candidates whose resumes clearly state experience in the following:
  • Experience with automated software testing
  • Quality assurance testing of information system applications
  • Writing test cases
  • Writing test plans
  • Writing test scripts
  • Producing formal business requirement documents
  • Developing help systems with any authoring tool
  • Developing help systems with RoboHelp
  • User interface design
  • Software development planning
  • Software development
  • Managing web content
  • Experience with agile methodologies
