    This vacant position is for Omera Cylinders Limited.


Job Responsibilities
  • Execute a risk-based internal audit plan with precision and thoroughness.
  • Conduct assurance and advisory assignments in strict adherence to the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF).
  • Independently perform comprehensive audit procedures including interviews; identifying and defining issues and reviewing and analyzing data, information, and evidence.
  • Document business processes, meticulously identify any business gaps, and effectively communicate these gaps to the respective business process owners, while providing practical recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized working papers to support audit findings.
  • Prepare draft audit reports concisely and precisely, presenting accurate root causes and actionable recommendations.
  • Effectively communicate the results of audit and advisory assignments through well-crafted reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Foster and cultivate strong relationships throughout the organization and within the department to promote collaboration and cooperation.
  • Conduct regular visits to plants ensuring approximately 70% of the time is dedicated to on-site assessments and engagement with plant operations and the marketplace.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct across the organization, in alignment with the lIA Code of Ethics.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving priorities.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelors in Accounting/ Finance, or related field from a reputed university.
  • Part-qualified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ICAB).

  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Knowledge of IIA Standard, COSO
  • Excellent data analysis skill and Critical Thinker
  • Excellent team player.
  • Ability to perform multiple assignments under limited supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to present and experience of working under ERP environment.
