Your duties as an Senior Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) will be responsible for your own ledger for key clients and resolution of queries and problem solving issues.

Description

The Senior Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid) will be responsible for:

• Managing of the Accounts Payable cycle from receipt of invoice to payment
• Prepare bank files
• Managing Key relationships
• Investigation and resolution of queries
• Key support to Accounts Payable Manager
• Reconciling month end and year end accounts
• Prepare and review reports on relevant information such as acceptance or volume records
• Support to Accounts Payable clerks
• Support on Audits

• Knowledgeable in all things accounts payable
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Comfortable working autonomously and problem solving on their own
• Will have natural relationship building skills
• Strong excel skills
• Confident when working to multiple deadlines accurately
