Description
- Review of quarterly VAT returns for group companies.
- Production of month end cycle - P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow to agreed time lines
- In depth understanding of cash flow management is essential
- Property costs- ensuring property costs are accounted for correctly.
- Supplier Accounts- management of a number of key trade supplier accounts including reconciliation and issue resolution
- Expense Ledger- accurate and timely processing of non-stock invoices and expenses from receipt through to payment
- Treasury and Banking - control and validation of all banking to ensure that all monies are reconciled and accounted
- Margin and Systems oversee the accurate and timely reporting of margin at product level
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent systems and data analysis skills with advanced Excel
- Ability and desire to drive change and add value to the business
- Maturity to develop, manage and motivate a team
- Numerate, analytical with strong attention to detail when dealing with large volumes of data
