Senior Client Manager

The Senior Client Manager will be a qualified accountant with experience in carrying out in-depth reviews of accounts and working papers. The successful candidate will also be familiar in implementing proactive and detailed personal tax planning strategies.

However, we are looking for someone who is more than just a technician. You will be someone who wants to make a difference to our clients. You must be able to demonstrate how you proactively manage your client portfolio. You could be helping them to make critical business decisions, steering them through difficult situations when required, and identifying current and future tax saving opportunities.

Caring about our clients, the work that you do, and the team that you work with are also vital skills for this role.

As well as being an intrinsic part of our team, the Senior Client Manager will also work closely with Michael Filiou, Managing Director of the practice. You will take on board some of the more complex tax planning cases and business-related matters our clients want us to solve.

In addition to the necessary technical abilities needed for this role, you will have exceptional communication skills and be able to initiate and develop solid and long-standing client relationships.

Your credentials

• ACCA/ACA qualified
• Minimum four years post qualified experience within a general practice environment
• Detailed knowledge of current accounting standards
• Personal tax planning experience
• Outstanding communication skills with a track record of developing strong client relationships
• Experience in managing a diverse client portfolio
• Working knowledge of all mainstream cloud accounting packages
