Description
You will in be in charge of
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast financial performance.
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports to assess the company's financial position.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Financial Management:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Assess investment opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and provide financial recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends, economic factors, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial information.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market volatility, currency fluctuations, and credit risk.
- Implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's financial interests.
- Monitor insurance coverage, evaluate insurance proposals, and manage claims effectively.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Profile
You will be suitable for the this role if you
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with automotive industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Job Offer
