ACCOUNTANT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Handle full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
2) Prepare monthly management report and analysis of financial results.
3) Responsible for Finance daily operational transactions.
4) Maintain journal entries and ledger accounts.
5) Responsible for balance sheet schedules and tax schedules.
6) Monitor Account Payable & Account Receivable.
7) Prepare Interco transactions and balances reconciliations.
8) Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
9) Ensure internal controls are in place and compliance with Group policies, regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
10) Review payment and ensure compliance with payments, reporting and other tax requirements.
11) Monitor budgets.
12) Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers & etc.
13) Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or Finance
2) Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience is required for this position
3) Able to handle full set of accounts
4) Familiar with the computerized accounting system
5) High level of integrity, reliability and dependability
6) Able to work independently with minimum supervision
