Dedicated Relationship Managers provide clients with access to Citi's unrivalled global reach and local expertise for insights, advice, and guidance on expanding domestically or overseas

What you'll be doing:

The TTS EMEA CCB Trade Sales teams identify, manage and support CCB client's growth, working with TTS Trade Product and the Relationship Managers partners to meet CCB clients' specific needs for working capital, risk mitigation and cross-border financing. As the EMEA Head of TTS CCB Trade Sales, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a client-centric strategy that drives increase market share, acquiring new CCB clients and client growth through the provision of value-added Trade and Working Capital products and an exceptional client experience.
  • Leverage TTS Marketing and Data team to position TTS and best in class solutions for our clients
  • Primary global accountability for the CCB regional and local sales origination and the related activities the CCB Relationship Managers.
  • Alignment of our EMEA regional CCB sales teams to drive growth across identified client opportunities by client segment / industry, working with product partners, to identify value propositions and new opportunities.
  • Ensuring consistent, professional delivery of all sales management reporting and disciplines including account planning, calling intensity, lead generation and revenue ramp.
